Not received the refund amount

I have paid the amount of Rs. 1022.10 through the online payment for 2 exams of Licenciate on 30.01.2012 but unfortunately due to some system error there was no clarity whether the transaction has been carried out or not but the amount was deducted from my account.

After the discussed with Ms. Gayitri (Employee of III Mumbai), i have registered for 2 exam from Delhi Insurance Institute, Janpath office (Receipt enclosed).. I have been paid twice amount to
Insurance Institute of India. Today is 27.03.2012 I have not received any refund amount Rs. 1022.10. Always contacting to mumbai office regarding the refund amount , but they replied only the payment is in process.
