Bad response from the Hdfc Bank

I Had Been Apply For Hdfc Personal Loan Since Last 10 Days I Provided All The Document That Bank Required But Finally I Came Toknow That My Application Was Rejected Due To Bad Rating.

I Dont Understand Why Account Has Bad Rating. My Account Is Salary Account And It Is 15months Before Only.
